[He's waiting right outside the gate that closes his estate off from the normal street, looking out over it- everything is so festive. He supposes with time things became more extravagant and easier to decorate. He's impressed but he's not going to show it. His arms are folded across his chest as he waits.

The holidays always felt lonely. But he supposes he has no one to blame but himself for it.

Could friends really be so bad? Attachment could be, he reasons, but he doesn't know how to escape. This is his prison, now, even if there are some nice things about it. Rin should be here soon.]

Are we waiting for Santa? [Alois doesn't know if Ciel believes in Santa or not. He kind of doubts he does, but he wants to ask anyway. He himself has decided to believe in this kind of tales. After all, stories and fairy tales are what have kept him sane during years and years of suffering. Believing in Santa will keep him sane now, during Claude's absence.]
