[Technology is still something he will never grow accustomed to. It's outlandish, foreign, strange -- he was fortunate enough to get enough information to learn to function here and it's still setting in. One moment he slips through a door and the next, he's here, Sebastian is no where to be found and he can't help but feel-

that somehow, in some way, Sebastian was entirely to blame. Had he planned it? Had he tried to undermine the contract? Shouldn't he be the one to protect him and prevent these things from happen? But he hadn't. And Ciel isn't going to stop until he finds him and makes him pay for letting him slip so easily out of sight.

He seems uncomfortable using his communication device, focusing it on his face, lips thin and one blue eye focused, the other covered with an eyepatch. He cannot afford to be seen fully by anyone he might know -- afterall, anyone from any time can come here.]

If anyone has more information regarding this place, please contact me, I am interested in knowing as much as possible. Preferably, someone who has been here the longest duration of time and might be able to help me understand accommodations and how this city functions better. Thank you.
